We were directed to this company automatically by our managing agent when a pipe outside our flat sprung a leak which was coming into the flat. The woman on the phone said she'd send someone in the area and would not charge to have a quick look at it. The person went to the wrong property and, when he did find it, just looked and did nothing. We had to get a proper plumber out. We've just received a bill for this for £195 plus VAT. This is shameful and exploitative. Please avoid this company.

Absolutely terrible company talk about bodge and scarper did a fence for a property rental agent and left my side an absolute mess I had to call a reputable company out who laughed at there work and repaired there mess please don't bother with this company u will be regretting it

Appalling workmanship. No cleaning of surfaces prior to coatings. Efflorescence was left untreated. Filling left unsanded, just painted over. No prep work on handrails. Cracks in ceilings not filled. Silicon on the floor and walls from replacing emergency signage. Photographs and a complaint have been logged with the Ombudsman. Never use this company.

A firm to avoid. Call it what you like; Cowboys Bodgit and Scarper but totally at odds with good practice. A written quote was provided and accepted by the management company of our block of flats. They failed to deliver as per the quote and left a first floor railing in a deadly condition. The owners will have to rectify this themselves. Please dont take a risk

Absolutely dire. Cut 1ft out of upstairs floorboards, one side of house to other to put heating pipes in when ceilings were down, then filled in stained varnished floorboards with white polyfilla, smashed up cast iron bath on front doorstep, smashing the steps, left exposed dirty brick at back of kitchen cupboards, put in s back doorstep which ‘disolved And disintegrated’, put bath water into a rainwater soakaway, angle grinder leaving big lines in walls, used personal belongings ie buckets and brooms - and broke them, put no protecting sheeting down until carpet and settee were ruined because of cement dust. Disgusting shoddy service. Were told 3-4 weeks, actually up to 9 weeks. Avoid at all coasts!

Cowboys, at least the ones we have used from Pool are. Should be called 'Bodgit and Scarper'. All work done by WMS Pool at any of our many sites is abysmal, each job had to be redone, sometimes 2 or 3 times. Not allowed on any of our sites throughout Cornwall. Better to pay a little more and have it done right, first time.

I would just like to say THANKYOU to WMS for providing me with the most beautiful front door. The team at WMS took over every detail in organising me a front door that replicated the previous front door and satisfying the high demands expected from the local conservation team.
My front door is so lovely I have to keep looking at it and the beautiful silver letterbox and silver door locks and chain ! make my front door look stylish whilst fitting in with the high demands of our local conservation team.
Thankyou so much WMS I certainly Will be recommending you. I certainly am very happy.
