I was doing canopy's references and there was an issue with one of these. I called the purple lettings office and the lady who answered did everything need to help me find a solution with politeness and patience and didn't hesitate to spend as much time needed helping someone who not even know him.

I have just begun renting student accommodation with Purple Lettings and they have been great throughout the whole process. I would thoroughly recommend renting with this company, predominantly because of their excellent team. Robyn Smith has been amazing with keeping us in the loop and goes above and beyond to help you out. There is also always someone on hand in the office for any query you may have, Karina Heggie is very friendly and efficient whatever the situation.

Nought if I could - quick enough to take the deposit and rent but useless at sorting issues - my daughter has been let down from day one of moving in - good job this is her home city and she has family support. Avoid using at all costs
