I visited the Apple Store Bromley about two weeks ago to buy a case for my mom’s iPad and a new case for my own phone that supports wireless charging. The store itself is large, located inside the big Bromley Mall with lots of other shops around.

The staff were very helpful – a girl came over right away, explained everything clearly, and helped me choose what I needed. The whole process was quick and easy, with no waiting around. I was able to pay straight away and left satisfied.

Overall, it’s a well-run Apple Store with friendly staff and good service.

I booked a 'Today at Apple' workshop and can't stress how helpful the session was. Stephen was my guide; he spoke clearly over all the customer noise. The session was practical but also very well explained, so I could write notes without feeling rushed. At the workshop, I experienced the iPhone 16 Pro firsthand, which was incredibly insightful.
When I become disciplined in my craft I will definitely go back to show Stephen how I implemented the skills he taught me. Thanks again Apple, it's amazing to have these workshops and a bonus that it's free.

This is my favourite Apple Store in London. Very knowledgeable staff and always kind, patient and polite people 🤗
A shout out to Jacko who helped me to set up my new iPhone to satisfaction from the beginning to the end with lots of patience and kindness (and expertise 😺).

Pretentious is an understatement.
Went in store to purchase an iPhone 16 outright no finance got told to join virtual cue.
Meanwhile lots of people that came in store asking questions all got spoken too before me
25 minutes later someone finally came to see me that didn't seem interested so I walked out and went to Argos where I had the new phone in my hand in a matter of two minutes.

Seems to me the staff actually prefer to just stand around answering peoples questions as this means they don't have to actually do any work.

What a business ethic, not only did Apple ridiculously make the batteries become part of the device they also removed the ethics of customer service from the market place too.

When "Sheep XX" gets released people will be cueing around the block for this abuse and poor customer service.
WAKE UP.

I had an appointment to replace the battery in my iPhone. Unfortunately, even though I was booked in advance, I had to wait for about 30 minutes before my phone was actually taken in for repair. The staff were polite and professional, but the waiting time could definitely be improved, especially when you schedule an appointment.

Disappointing In-Store Experience — Especially Given the Purpose of Our Visit

We visited the Apple store today with the intention of purchasing a laptop. A few months ago, we had bought another device from the same location. Although the store was busy at that time and the staff seemed somewhat disorganized, we were eventually able to complete our purchase without major issues.

Unfortunately, today’s experience was far more disappointing. After waiting for a while, we approached a staff member to ask for assistance. She directed us to wait for a blonde employee, who was apparently responsible for the laptop section. However, instead of assisting us right away, this employee spent a significant amount of time speaking with someone who did not appear to be interested in purchasing a laptop. She then proceeded to engage in another lengthy conversation with someone who seemed to have a basic inquiry about phone settings.

Despite waiting patiently, the staff member eventually walked away without acknowledging us. When we tried to approach her, she ignored us completely. We then spoke to another employee, who told us that if we wished to purchase a laptop, we would need to join a waiting list. However, there were already three customers ahead of us, with the last person reportedly waiting for 20 minutes. His attitude suggested that he was more focused on avoiding additional customers in the queue than on providing assistance.

What made this situation particularly frustrating was the lack of clear communication. At no point were we informed about the process or told to add our names to a waiting list. Instead, we were left to wait without guidance or attention. Meanwhile, other staff members seemed to be engaged in lengthy discussions with individuals who did not appear to be customers or were not in need of immediate assistance.

This was especially disappointing considering the laptop was meant to be a gift — an occasion we had hoped to make special. Instead, we left the store feeling frustrated and empty-handed. We have since decided to make our purchase elsewhere.

How you choose to train and manage your staff is your internal matter, but this experience fell well below the standard one would expect from a company like Apple.

Unless you have around two hours to spare, do not visit this store. I called in with the intention of pre ordering an Ultra 3 watch, and while the store had several customers inside it was by no means busy. I waited for thirty two minutes at the watch stand while an assistant proceeded to show another customer every watch strap the store had in stock. Meanwhile, another three customers, like me, were standing around wondering when we might actually be served. A quick chat revealed the three customers standing near me were also planning to pre order items or make substantial purchases. Unsurprisingly the watch strap customer bought nothing, but by that time I, and several other prospective customers, had had enough and left the store.
I have no idea what the other assistants were doing, as all I witnessed was considerable amounts of chatting. No demonstration of items, no sales of any kind.
Anyone wishing to buy Apple products, I strongly advise you to go elsewhere.
