Happy bunch!! Not! I was the Only person waiting to be served. Both ladies saw me but neither of the two working acknowledged me. Stood for a few minutes until eventually I was called forward. Not even a smile. By god if you hate working in your job or working with the public leave and give your job to someone thay actually cares!! Not the first visit either and it's the same with the staff I have previously encountered.

This Post office seems to close for lunch whenever they feel like it! Been in at half 12 once, it was closed, went today after half 1 and it was closed. The owner said its always closed between 1 and 2 which is fine if thats what happens everyday. Sign today said open at 2.20!!! Not sure if they were having an extended break!!!

Seem to close when they feel like it. If can’t provide adequate trustworthy service should be closed down .

I mean, why say open to 1730 when you closed at 1330. COOP staff smartly advised that google opening hours have been wrong for years but you guys just dont care enough to change it. Suggest new management or just close it.

Overcharged me by more than double for two Drop & Go international large letters because they contained something other than documents! I am owed £12.95 but I have filed a complaint with Post Office HQ. Hopefully Lorraine will get some proper training as a result. Very frustrating!

I have been a few times and found all the staff extremely rude . I went today and actually had to ask the member of staff if they were open because I was completely ignored. Her response was yes and continued sorting parcels whilst I had to wait until she decided to come to the counter. I will not be back..very poor customer service

Lorraine seemed to do a brilliant job under difficult conditions. I was in on 08 December and post office was rammed full of customers but she was the only staff member dealing with customers(on the post office side). I cycled through the queue 3 times (due to having to fill in forms and return with different queries [no fault of the staff]) Each time the queue was huge but moved surprisingly quickly as customers were dealt with by Lorraine.
Honestly couldn't believe the work load she was under. There was another member of staff behind the post office desk who seemed to be relatively busy doing admin work but all of the customers were left to Lorraine. At the busiest time of year I was really shocked one staff member was left on their own and hope that this was due to some staffing issues on the day and not a regular occurrence. In any case Lorraine deserves to be rewarded and more importantly supported by adequate staffing.

Don't know how this branch continues. Poor time keeping and non existence of customer service. The 1 star rating is even being generous.
