Carolle was absolutely wonderful! She was very friendly and helpful. The day I visited there was an issue with the lights and she was having to work in sub-optimal conditions, but she didn't let that impact the wonderful service she offers. She gave me a Qr code to leave feedback, but the link takes you to a map showing where the store can be found, rather than a feedback site, but due to the brilliant service I really wanted to give her the positive feedback she deserves! Thank you Carolle!

This place offers a ridiculous low rate for Egyptian pounds. We didn’t realise until after we left. It felt just like being fleeced. Would never use again nor recommend. Go to well known places or wait until in Egypt. The rates here are low.

Massive shout of to Carol who helped set up the currency card for me to go to Newyork last minute. Was her first time doing it and she done amazing, and took extra precaution to ensure I had an extra card incase one was stolen. Note to anyone considering the Card.. it was tempermental using the subway.

Carolle was very helpful and easy to talk to, the currency I was looking was quite unusual so it had to be ordered - arrived on time and was easy to collect. Would highly recommend!

Went once when I was not satisfied with another companies attitude to exchange. They were not rude just unhelpful. What a difference when I went to Julie nothing was to much trouble, of course I could get the denominations I wanted and straight away. I returned Tuesday for another holiday exchange. She remembered me and knew I liked small denominations. No problem, not available on the day could I wait until today, Thursday . They were actually ready yesterday. She is cheerful, friendly and very willing to get you exactly what you want. Thank you Julie you are a wonderful representative for your company.

I was served yesterday by a lovely girl called Megan in the Newtownabbey store.
She was very helpful and polite, she had remembered me from a previous visit. Megan was able to asnwer any questions I had and delivered fantastic customer service.
