Harry and his colleagues are always on hand to help, nothing is too much trouble and they ensure any issues are addressed promptly. Poor Management and Lack of Communication

I am extremely disappointed with the management company of our building. As an owner and landlord of an apartment at Kingston Quay, I have experienced a complete lack of communication and professionalism from the management team.

Not to mention I have paid more than 4000£ for factor's fees in the last year for ONE property.

Despite following all the necessary procedures and regulations regarding short-term letting, the management team threatened me and deactivated my entry fobs without any clear explanation or justification. I have been locked out of the building on multiple occasions, including one time with a potential tenant, which caused significant inconvenience and embarrassment.

Furthermore, I have made multiple attempts to communicate with the management team, but my concerns have been consistently ignored or dismissed. This lack of communication and poor management has made me feel disrespected and undervalued as an owner and customer.

Overall, I would not recommend this management company to anyone, as their actions have caused me a great deal of stress and frustration. I hope that they can improve their communication and management practices in the future to avoid similar issues with other customers.
