We have been trying to get a property for over 6 months, dealing with various agencies, but Martin & Co were by far the best. fast reponse times and professionalism. Lindsey Medley mainly dealt with our application and she was incredibly helpful and made the whole process easier with knowledge and costumer care.

The process of buying a property can be frustrating, lengthy and full of the kind of hurdles that take the wind out of one’s sails - chipping away the enthusiasm for what should be an exciting and joyful event.
However from first viewing back in early April to being passed the keys for my new place last week, the team at Martin & Co really have shown the human touch.
I have enjoyed positive and personable communications with them at all stages of the process. They honestly could not have done more to reassure me and make sure things were in place for the move. Responsive, professional and an absolute pleasure to do business with.
My keys were delivered in person to me outside my new cottage and I received an armful of gifts from these top-notch agents as well as a handwritten card from the team. What a lovely way to begin my new life here in Shropshire!
With everything else during the process of buying and selling feeling rather digital and distant, it was such a pleasure to feel ‘looked after’ by a team of real caring people at Martin & Co. I can’t recommend them highly enough.

Honestly the best estate agency in Shrewsbury! We have rented out a property using them as our managing agent, and they expedited the contract within 24 hours to help the tenant, which was amazing. We have also sold a property through them, which they sold within 24 hours of it going online and then handled the sales process with accuracy and experienced efficiency. We have also had 2 properties valued and the valuations arrived 2 hours after the site appraisal. I would never use anyone else in Shrewsbury now, they are head and shoulders above the competition with respect to customer service. What I like the most is the team's commitment to their clients, whether that is, buyer, vendor, tenant or landlord. They are extremely down to earth, honest, professional and all go out of their way to help. Simon, Tracie and Lindsey are simply an amazing team. Hardworking, realible, sincere and trustworthy along with being friendly and approachable. A rare combination, but one which adds up to superb customer service. I would highly recommend.
