Held our daughters wedding meal here yesterday. Aimee had great communication through emails. We preordered our food and everything was delicious. No-one could fault a thing. Lorraine decorated the table beautifully and looked after us all night she iwas wonderful and so friendly. A credit to the place she is. The service was top class from the moment we arrived until the moment we left. It made the day go perfectly so would like to thank everyone involved. Lastly the chef did amazing the food was perfect everything was first class and everyone commented on how beautiful it was. Thanks for making everything go so smoothly. A great day was had by us all

Visited here myself alongside my partner and his family, we were there to celebrate a big wedding anniversary. We got seated and our drinks order and food order taken. It took over an hr to get our food, we asked at one point how far along our food was. We were then informed there was only one chef on considering they also had a Scottish themed night on to. The meal was ok when it came out some components were actually cold. We made you aware of this when we left.

I stayed here for a work trip but I can only assume that because of its location on the NC500 route this explains why it’s overpriced. |Compared to a premier inn type accommodation this is not worth £100 for room only. Also the restaurant is not open on a Monday night so I had to bring food with me. I’m only glad I can charge my client to reimburse me but they were shocked by the price for a 2 star hotel. |The room decor is fine although details such as marks on the furniture, stained padded coat hangers and a carpet that had crumbs on it isn’t great. The bathroom is modern and spacious but there’s nowhere to hang towels. |I slept ok but the pillows are cheap and lumpy. |On leaving, I noticed the hall carpets were dirty and covered in trails from snails. Not a pleasant lasting impression!

This is my new favourite work spot!! I work remotely and my home internet isn't great...and sometimes I just fancy a change of view! With three different options available, (G&T Bar, Siding Bar and the Highland Restaurant) I love that I can pick my environment to compliment my work day. The food is awesome, service always prompt and with a smile! Plus, so nice having lovely cappuccinos at the ready when I feel sluggish. I did not rate the rooms as I have not stayed in them but I can't imagine them to not be amazing based on the other service and standards I've received from this establishment! (If fact, I think I'll head up there now to finish my Friday with coffee and cake!)

Terrible stay. 2nd night a Sunday the bar was so loud people shouting,music blaring doors slamming, the shared bathroom the toilet seat falls off. The room definitely needs doing up beds horrible,sink doesn't drain. Meals , frozen fish tiny portion,we checked out before 8am

Stayed for one night in motorhome thanks to BritStops. Excellent food the butterfly chicken was succulent and the pea risotto was a lovely find. Great beers on from the Black isle brewery a particular favorite of ours an Stuart and Debs very welcoming. Great beer garden.

Awful experience at this hotel. The noise level was unbearable—constant shouting and music blaring late into the night, making sleep impossible. The overall treatment was appalling, with no regard for guest comfort or satisfaction. Would not recommend staying here.

What a great wee find after our visit to Glen Ord distillery. Really friendly staff & amazing food. Enjoyed a wer game of pool and a couple if pints. Worth a wee visit.
