This is the second time we’ve used this photo studio for our son’s passport photos (he’s 2 years old). He was quite restless, but the lady assisting us was incredibly kind and patient. She spent nearly 20 minutes to get a perfect photo and even gave him a chocolate to help calm him down. The prices are very reasonable compared to other shops. They’re not only professional, but also genuinely kind and caring people. Highly recommended.. ❤️

Very disappointed by the service after using their services twice. The first time I was told my poster would be ready in 1 hour and that they would call. I waited several hours and they did not call. I called them back and they said they had an emergency and will do it now. It took over 4/5 hours for it to be done and they had not informed me of the delay. After receiving my poster they asked for me to give them a review. I was not very happy but held off giving a negative review and instead decided to give them the benefit of the doubt.

The second time I came to print a poster on behalf of someone else. I was advised to go for a gloss finish by Mohamed for an academic poster. He apologised for the inconvenience from the previous time which I appreciated, and said it will take roughly an hour and half and that they will call. This time they did call back and sent a picture, however, some of the words in the poster were cut out. They suggested that they can reprint it which I appreciated and took them up on as it was not fit for a presentation. They said it would take another hour which was frustrating, however, I said I will wait again. I then get texted just over an hour later for them to say it will take another 25 minutes. I text again 30 minutes later and they said it’s ready. I went into the store and the lady behind the counter gives me the first poster with all the words cut out. I tell her it’s the wrong poster and she said the other one still needs to be collected and brought into the store. I tell her I am very frustrated as I have waited an extra hour and have been told it’s ready and come into the store only to be given the faulty poster and then told to wait an extra 5 minutes to “hear back” from whoever will be sorting out the poster. The lady then suggested to come back tomorrow for it! I told her I have waited long enough and have been called back saying it’s ready so I am expecting the poster today. It takes about 20-30minutes for them to bring my poster back following this, only to find it is bent in several places. As the poster is gloss, the bends are very evident due to the light bouncing from it. It did not look professional at all. They refused to reprint it. I understand that it will be a loss for them but I did not appreciate how they were not initially taking accountability for the several mistakes they made today and instead expected me to compromise for their errors. I went into the store at 3pm and ended up waiting until 7pm (4 hours again!) to get the poster, when it should have taken an hour and a half. Considering my previous experience and then this, I asked them for a refund and they gave me £7 off. They refused to take off anymore as they said they are not making any profit from this, however, considering the long wait for both posters and the damage to the last poster, I am very disappointed.

The staff were generally pleasant, however the service I received was very disappointing.
