James is genuinely fantastic at his job. I struggled for quite a long time to even pick up the phone to get an initial session booked in but the smaller, private gym setting gave me the confidence to book and and it’s honestly one of the best things I’ve done. I’ve been a regular client for around 4 months now and I look forward to every session. James is friendly, knowledgeable, understanding and very focused on individual needs rather than a one size fits all approach. From the very first session the level of detail and tailored workouts has been exceptional and it’s showing both physically and mentally. I’d happily recommend him to anyone. If, like me, you’ve struggled with getting passed the first step of getting yourself booked in then this is the PT to go with.

My personal training sessions with James are a highlight of my week. I have trained before with gym partners or solo and have never got the same buzz as I do now. As a result the physical transformation has been obvious and I can’t ever see myself quitting. The personal touches of music playlists, drinks and very tailored diets/programmes make the sessions worth every penny and the gym only being open to you makes it very private and removes any feeling of self consciousness after a hard work. Cannot recommend enough! Some progress photos over a few years for reference.

A personal fitness session I actually look forward to!

James has to be one of the best motivators. He’s great at getting the best out of you. I always come away from a session feeling re-energised and full of positive energy.

Each session is different and exercises are varied, which is great if you’re like me and are easily bored with training.

His studio is the prefect space for working out. The place is always spotless and well maintained. His equipment is top quality.

Highly recommend James to anyone looking to up their fitness game.
