Best fuel prices for miles, excellent garlic almond pickle, fabulous range of vegan and health food and lovely staff! I just feel compelled to write this as there’s a spell of super cold weather and the shop is freezing, and customers seem to have cold air blasting them in the queue. Why It’s actually colder in than out!

Drove out of my way on a mate’s recommendation, only to discover that this so‑called “Butter Chicken” was essentially cardamom‑flavoured gravy with two microscopic slivers of chicken (if you can even call them that), and not a hint of butter in sight. At £7.50 a pot, I expected more than an aromatic broth that tasted like a spice rack gone rogue.

The “Chicken Masala” fared no better—no masala, no chicken, just the lingering aftertaste of disappointment. Neither dish bore any resemblance to the rich, flavour‑packed curries one might expect; instead, you’re left guessing which spice will assault your palate next.

All told, I’m genuinely disheartened. It’s one thing to miss the mark, but quite another to serve up £15 worth of emptiness. Save yourself the petrol money and your taste buds the trauma—there’s nothing Indian about it.
