Waited for 2hrs from appointment time no call, rang customer services who said that they tried to contact me x4 times. So they lie too! Had to start again with claim, still waiting.

Worst place ever!!!! Had an appointment for 10:45 and i had to wait for 2 hours and 38 minutes to be seen and every time i asked how long am i gonna wait they kept telling me 10 minutes. The waiting area stinks of pee ITS HORRIBLE the plastic seats made my back hurt so bad as i am 8 months pregnant!!!! The waiting is unbelievable!!!! They need to get the timing for the appointments sorted.

Zero stars. No empathy from person I spoke over the phone. He was doing something else and didn't even listen to my questions. I had to repeat myself couple of times. Very poor customer call centre.
