I have worked with the ladies for a number of years now, from business finances to my own personal tax return. Both ladies are extremely professional, efficient and lovely. Nothing is too much trouble and both work well to hit deadlines and implement changes made with the ever changing rules from the government. Staff were very rude. The customer service is very poor and i do believe that Kym should retire as she is an elderly cranky woman which is not beneficial for the company or for those using them as their accountant.
