I never leave reviews unless I'm truly wowed. I'm absolutely blown away!

I can't thank Arthur Kay's enough for fixing and polishing my ring, it looks brand new again!

It got into the hands of my 4 year old who decided to bite it and it got badly mis-shapen and cracked on the shoulder and band. There's absolutely no signs of the damage at all. And they've polished it for me and made it all lovely and sparkly.

I'm so so grateful and I'll be recommending you to everyone!!

Also the service I've been provided by everyone at every step has been wonderful. Really reassuring, professional, friendly and helpful.

I found the price to be really reasonable too.

I’ve had excellent service at Arthur Kay for many years. I bought an Omega Seamaster from them in 1991 and have given it to my son. I took it to them to take links out and they did it for free. ThanJ you very much. I will be sure to return

I went in to Arthur Kay & Bro today for a repair to a ring which is of great value to me. The staff in the shop were delightfully helpful and moreover they repaired the ring immediately and for no charge.

Fantastic service
Went in to have a watch (bought elsewhere) strap altered for my son. They kindly altered it and were so kind and friendly. Going out of their way to chat to us.
They have so many interesting and one off pieces for sale. Always good to support an independent business.

I’m not one to do reviews and I definitely would say I’m not a problematic person. I walked in and I wasn’t welcomed with kindness. I didn’t mind, let it slide. They may be busy. When I tell you, this is the rudest workplace I have been in. I couldn’t even get a sentence out. I asked how much one of my jewellery would be worth. He asked me what materials it is and it’s something they don’t sell. Pretty much call my jewellery cheap. When I told him how much it is worth, he laughed at me, said they sell high quality jewellery. They were selling Pandora. I used to work in Pandora, it cost maximum £3 to make for one of their pieces. I asked if he could check how much it is worth at least if he didn’t want to buy it off me, he said he wouldn’t tell me. I asked him what kind of store this is, he told me he buys second hand jewellery. How are you unable to tell me the worth of a jewellery if you sell second hand pieces. I was so shocked at the disrespect, I was speechless. It was clear he didn’t want to help me. The jewellery, I wanted to sell was solid gold and natural diamonds, yet I was laughed at from a man selling 925 silver Pandora pieces and calling his designs high quality.
