Well what a journey!!! from the moment we arrived to the moment we left I can honest say that we were made to feel like we mattered. There was nothing like daft question to ask any of the team they all answered them. Well what can I say about sales, not a dodgy car salesman in sight, Grafton you totally made me felt at ease and we certainly had a laugh you were honest, knowledgeable and where you didn't anything you certainly did not try and make it up. You got me someone that gave me the answer. If anyone know our old pal Caroline who we had the most amazing experience purchasing our very first Mercedes 11 years ago, well we cannot trust anyone else with our purchase, so yes we will carry on following you around like that bad penny. I recently had my car mot'd with Mercedes and was genuinely impressed. The level of service you expect from Mercedes is high, but it’s the people who truly make it exceptional.

Iain was absolutely fantastic. He explained everything clearly and thoroughly, which gave me complete confidence in the work being done. Laurence was super helpful, showing me to a workspace so I could use my laptop while I waited. And Stephanie was so kind, offering me lunch and drinks and making sure I was comfortable throughout my visit.

We visited Mercedes-Benz Bath yesterday to have a look around at various models (with no real intention of buying a car!). Grafton came outside to talk us through any cars we were interested in and he was exceptional at tending to all of our needs and happily answered every single question we had about every model we were interested in, as well as the C200 AMG, which we ended up purchasing! The whole process was made so incredibly smooth thanks to Grafton and he managed to engineer us a fantastic part exchange deal with a VW Polo SE. He even includes key replacements at zero cost! We must emphasise how impressed we were with Grafton’s and endearing personality, he’s epic!

From start to finish my experiance with Mercedes Benz of Bath was absolutely first class, with particular mention to Grafton, John & Timothy. I have been a long serving customer of Mercedes Benz, however they exceeded my previous experiences and took this to the next level, delivering exceptional customer service throughout. It is difficult to comprehend why I would go anywhere else and this reinforces why I have never strayed from Mercedes. I am in good hands with them being my local branch in Peasedown. Upon placing my order for the new CLA45s, this was delivered ahead of schedule within a matter of days, so that I was in the car by the following week. Initially they took the time to run through my budget and were completely transparent to work the best deal that suited my individual circumstances. I was then allowed to test drive the car to get a feel for what I was buying. From there the transition was smooth and seamless and I was regularly kept up to date and informed on the progress of delivery. Then the red carpet was rolled out for collection day. Meticulous detail running through the car and its features. All protected in ceramic coating and looking stunning to drive away in. You are really made to feel part of the club and know you are driving something special. Several days after Grafton even personally delivered some extra goodies for the car to my home address. It was an absolute pleasure and I cant commend them highly enough. If you are fortunate enough to deal with these guys you will not be disappointed.

I’ve been a customer of Bath Mercedes-Benz for several years and have always been treated with courtesy and professionalism. My recent service visit was no exception in terms of the warm and helpful staff. The loan vehicle provided—a CLA Shooting Brake—was excellent and a pleasure to drive.

As part of the service, I had requested a few additional items, including a wiper blade replacement, air con refresh and a sat nav update, as my current maps date from 2019–2020. While all other work was completed, I was informed upon collection that the navigation update had not been carried out due to time constraints. This was surprising, as I dropped the vehicle off at 8 a.m., which I had hoped would allow sufficient time.

Additionally, I did not receive the usual video walk-through of the service, and the vehicle had not been cleaned—both of which have always been standard in past visits. As an engineer by trade, I find the walk-throughs particularly valuable, as they offer insights I often use to make minor repairs or adjustments myself. I did question this at collection, and was told they would check and send it later. This, unfortunately did not happen.

While my overall experience with Bath Mercedes-Benz has consistently been positive, I found this particular visit to be below the high standard I’ve come to expect. I hope this feedback is helpful, and I look forward to continued excellent service in the future.

Bought a brand new Mercedes EQA in 2024, now 8 months old, apparently rusty brake calipers and misted headlights are now acceptable and not warranty? Swapping to BMW or Tesla as soon as I can.

I have had the most amazing experience with Grafton Licorish at Mercedes-Benz Bath. We arrived late one evening, Grafton was due to finish work soon but very kindly stayed, so we were able to test drive the car that we were interested in. Grafton was easily contactable through the whole process of purchasing our car, and he went above and beyond to make everything go smooth and ensure we were happy with everything. I recently had the pleasure in purchasing a fabulous GLC from Mercedes Benz of Bath, and I can confidently say the experience exceeded all expectations. From the moment I walked in and was greeted by the fantastic Steff and introduced to the incandescent Grafton, I was made welcome and at ease. Grafton listened attentively to my needs, and guided me through the my options with genuine care to make the experience enjoyable. He took the time to understand what I was looking for and matched me with a vehicle specification that fit perfectly, both in style and budget.

The test drive was smooth and informative, and Grafton was very patient answering my questions and “keen eye for detail”, nothing was too much trouble. This experience of buying a car from Grafton licorish at Sytner Peasedown St John was one of the best experiences of my life

You must go there. The minute I walked through the door I could feel the warmth and passion from every member of staff.

Excellent customer service you all work so well together as a team and go the extra mile.

Grafton's passion to make me happy and find the car that would suit me was outstanding. Within minutes he had me sussed he knew exactly what I was looking for and I walked out the door 10 feet tall with my dream car

The commitment ! and dedication ! came so naturally he has a knack of making you feel at ease and so comfortable it's very much like I am part of the Sytner family

On the day i chose my car i had not long lost a dear close friend very suddenly.

Grafton was extremely empathtic and compassionate. He made it all about me and wrapped me in cotton wool because he could see I was determined to buy a car.

I came in to Mercedes-Benz of Bath for a service Steph is always so welcoming and makes sure that I am looked after and offered refreshments. Dean in the service team was very helpful and efficient and made sure my car was serviced and handed back to me lovely and clean. While I was on-site Steph introduced me to the lovely Jon Cox from the sales team as I had mentioned I wanted to look at changing my A Class, he was so patient and helpful and found me the perfect car to change to and I have today just driven away my beautiful new A Class. I couldn’t recommend Bath Mercedes Benz any more highly and would recommend Jon to anyone looking to buy a car.
