The week after I had purchased a PS5 from there and the man, Amin was very nice and helpful and although the ps5 is used, it still works brand new a month later and I have no issues with it. Highly recommended- great staff working there

went in a few weeks ago wanting a price for an old nintendo game & watch, guy basically laughed in my face when i said what i wanted for it (ended up selling it for that price down the road anyway).

went in today wanting to sell a ps2 controller and before i even took it out my bag, the same guy smirked and said to me “no” and didn’t even bother offering me an explanation. i had to ask him why that was to which he said “we haven’t taken them for years” in such a patronising tone. even his co worker looked at him shocked. despite having retro gaming stuff displayed in the window.

don’t even know how this guy still has his job.

Dealt with online through FB marketplace and whoever I dealt with was helpful and cooperative and to the point. The courier let them down by claiming to have been and left a card but that was BS as I was in all day. But hardly their fault. Item was better than described and was clean as a whistle - very well packaged and labelled as fragile etc). Yep, very pleased, no mucking about!

Despite being closed due to Covid 19 they were really helpful. I had an issue with a laptop that I had purchased ( months earlier).Not only did they quickly responded to my email but also sorted out the issue I had. Great customer service. Highly recommended. Thanks guys.
