Brilliant service, very friendly and competitive prices. There was a problem with the electrics at my house when Simon came to fit a new oven I had bought from the shop. Simon arranged for an electrician to call first thing the following morning and between them they sorted the problem and fitted the new oven. I am extremely grateful.
Its not often we see this kind of service. Thank you.

Very rude staff member. I went into this store first time ever. No one else was in the store and the guy behind the desk didn't even look at me or said "hi". He was so stuck up and barely wanted help when I had questions. Awful.

An excellent shop run by knowledgeable, helpful people, right in the centre of St Ives. This town centre shop somehow manages to cram in just about anything your home might need in terms of electricals; from white goods for the kitchen along with ovens, mixers, kettles, to TVs, hi fi, vacuum cleaners, with many other items such as heaters, radios, light bulbs, batteries, and many more including some great gifts for Christmas and birthdays. Home delivery is offered, too, and, not that anything I've bought has gone wrong, but I believe the returns process is very straightforward and helpful. Why would anyone want to shop anywhere else?
