A friendly engineer came to discuss my needs and recommend a product. When the quote came through I was pleasantly surprised with the amount as I already had other quotes and this was better.
There was a delay in ordering the unit due to high demand but they kept me up to date with the progression.
When it was fitted they were all friendly and answered my questions with no problem.
They left my house and outside area as clean as it was before and very kindly put my furniture back.

RASAC, were super helpful at every stage of the process. They took time to explain the options for cooling our office, and have now completed the installation. The install was completed within half a day, with the installer demonstrating the operation process thoroughly. We are very impressed with the cooling efficiency of the unit, the staff are now looking forward to next summer in the office, rather than dreading 30+ degrees!

Have used RSSAC in three different houses now. My own, my in laws and most recently my mums. The support team organised everything with me remotely so that my mum didn’t have to get involved with the details.
Service is efficient, friendly and honest.

Very pleased! John and his team installed an air to air heat pump that cools in the summer and heats in the winter using a fraction of the electricity that normal electric heating would use. The whole process from survey to install was quick and easy and the installation work was very tidy. The unit is very quiet both inside and out. I couldn't be happier.
