Sperrin Bakery cakes are absolutely delicious. Everything from the sponge to the jam to the cream and icing 👌👌 We always get our birthday cakes here but my son's communication cake was unreal, he was delighted. The edible bible and Rosary beads where fantastic and the price was soo reasonable considering the work and effort that went into making it. Thank you Sperrin Bakery

Not living in Northern Ireland we have to get our supplies posted and what better way than direct from the bakery.

Everything is absolutely delicious, some of the wheaten ends up straight on the breadboard when we’re unwrapping.

Can go back 30+ years with Eddie and crew at Sperrin Bakery getting pastry sausage rolls cakes etc when I worked nightshift. 5am r so getting just out of the ovens and still 30+ years I've moved on still Sperrin bakery still in the larder and table. Jam and coconut cake ❤

I purchased a packet of your coconut slices yesterday. The stickey label that holds the package together was so loose it was open and someone had taken one of the slices out as it was so easy to open. I could not read the ingredients as the print was smudged , buns did taste lovely
