My experience of buying a set of speakers was extremely good. Everything was smooth. The guys I dealt with were very pleasant and helpful. A very nice gentleman delivered the speakers and even helped me to unpack and place them in my room. These are heavy speakers in big boxes so this was very much appreciated. The speakers sound fantastic too.

Great HiFi Studio with awesome staff! I stopped by when I was in Oxford for a business trip and was surprised by the premium selection of speakers and amplifiers.
The employee (Malik) gave me a tour and was a really friendly guy with the right enthusiasm for HiFi. I can highly recommend the place and I fell in love with the new Børresen X3 Speakers.

I have waited a long long time to be able to afford a fantastic turntable Amp and Speakers. I first went to Oxford Audio Consultants back in August last year to start the demonstration process. With a budget in mind the guys put a few packages together for me. I chose a P3 turntable A Rega Amp and some Fyne Audio black gloss F500SP speakers. It was all delivered yesterday and all set up for me sound checks ect. Everything was absolutely perfect such a perfect sound. Thank you too Dan and the whole team. Nothing was to much trouble and I am one very happy customer. Thank you all

Have been using oxford Audio for over 15 years, I wanted a new system so it was the only place I would go to. Jon is still the owner, but new staff. All as good and helpful as Jon. Totally trustworthy and very knowledgeable. Helped me spend far two many £££££, but enjoyed it. Can't be that bad as I have now spent more £££££ a week later. (should have listened to Jon 1st time). Fantastic product, fantastic staff and the best service in the industry. Thank you team, I am loving my new system.

Ordered a turntable and the personal shopping experience was excellent from all involved. Will recommend this shop to anyone who needs audio equipment in the future.

Update

Turntable was lost by courier DPD (not the shops fault) and so they very kindly offered me an upgraded model at no extra charge. I have been very happy with the service received and would purchase from them again (this was an online / on the phone experience, I did not visit the shop).

I went along with my husband as he wanted to go primarily and we were already there to register our daughter's birth. He seemed happy with the selection of headphones, and the young man at the counter promptly picked up on me not really wanting to be there, and offered a seat and a tea, and then assisted my husband. He was obviously very knowledgeable, so five stars for excellent customer service

Great selection of products and listening facilities and knowledgeable staff, with some lovely demo stations. Dan in particular there provided an extremely friendly and patient service over two days that I visited the store, even offering hot drinks whilst testing out some products. Would highly recommend for anybody looking for audio gear.
