Best coffee shop in town! Very friendly personnel, busy most of the time, but girls make sure that everything is done as quick as possible. Very chilled atmosphere. Amazing baristas already remember my fav order. You can get sandwiches and baked sweets with your coffee, always space to sit down. My compliments to the team! <3

Nice place. Disappointed as no cream for hot chocolate. We asked for part refund and they said we will have to take it out of tip pot to make us feel bad. Bit poor they having to do that. If they'd have had the cream in first place would be ok. Instead of trying to make us look cheap in front of others

Lovely coffee shop. I go there a lot when I'm in Boston and the barista are always friendly and even when it's busy it's quick service. 🙂 It gets a bit loud during peak times but nothing my headphones can't cancel out.

Staff are very friendly. Good atmosphere. Café Nero you need to upgrade some of the quite filthy looking chairs and upgrade the toilets. Needs giving some attention before any real competition comes along.
Staff should keep tables clean as many people are having to clear for them. Either that or have cloths and a spray for customers to clean after other customers.

Good coffee and cakes. Sit inside or watch the world go by in outdoor seating. Dogs allowed and enjoyed whipped cream🐾

Coffee was great, it taste good and was the right temperature. The cakes are defrosted and aren't that great. I didn't finish mine. The seating is limited as this is a small Nero's, but there were plenty available.
