Popped into HSBC branch in Newton Abbot a few weeks ago to try and resolve issues we couldn't get resolved online after several attempts including calls to the help desk.
Explained all issues to Kathy, she was extremely helpful and patient going through all our issues we'd experienced and was very thorough.
Kathy also seemed the help of her colleague Matt to review the IT side of the our issues. Matt was very knowledgeable and helpful.
Kathy also followed up with a couple of calls to check process. Fingers crossed the last part of acquiring online banking will soon be resolved. Head office contact and updates is very poor.

Kathy went well beyond any service I've ever experienced with a branch.
Hopefully further good news will follow once all aspects of changes are complete.
