Why did close Crossgates handy for me to get crossgates people using when I did not anything

Lola was patient, a good communicator, polite, understanding and helped me a lot with the mobile app and other issues that I wasn't clear about. She explained clearly and thoroughly the difference between all the saving accounts but I prefer to stick with the Isa. I would recommend a Financial Health Check with Lola.

Qasim helped me complete a payment today and also supported me on the mobile app. He was very clear and patient. Well done to the colleague.

I would like to send another good review & feedback to Chloe. She is slways very friendly & polite & always meets and greets me and the customers really well. She always helps me with any questions i may have and most importantly i feel very happy comming into the branch whenever she is working there. In general all the staff at this branch are very helpfull & I really enjoy comming into this branch. Keep up with the good work Chloe & keep smiling.
