What a great service from the 2 fitters from Opulence stoves.punctual polite talked us through each procedure. Cleaed up afterwards went out of their way to do a couple of extra small jobs.

James visited the property and carried out the quote for installing a wood burning stove , also brick slips floor to ceiling behind the stove.
The Engineer carried out the job advised that the door was faulty , he would have to collect a replacement. A further engineer brought the replacement a few days later , he tested the stove and left .
After 6 weeks I followed up chasing the HETAS certificate ? It was overlooked as the first engineer had left the company . A further appointment was made to have an inspection to sign off the Stove for HETAS .
The Stove looks great and works well ! The brick slips look good even though the first engineer said he had never laid slips before . Disappointing that the HETAS would have been totally overlooked if we had not chased it up .

Amazing family business! We had our log burner installed last week. Professional from the start. The staff in the shop are helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. The team that installed the burner were on time, tidy and excellent from start to finish. Could not fault. Highly recommend 😊

Thank you Opulence Stoves, from start to finish this has been a very pleasant experience, everyone who I have dealt with has been friendly and professional. My stove was installed yesterday by a truly skilled installation team, Alex & Riley. They were friendly, experienced, and worked extremely hard, and I could tell how careful they were with the product and with my home. The level of cleanliness maintained during their work and the tidiness of the area afterwards was much appreciated. The Stove looks great and I'm very happy with it......

From start to finish I felt I was in the hands of people that wanted to listen to my brief, guide me carefully through the dizzying array of products on the market, and go the extra mile to satisfy and amaze me.

No issue too small (date reschedule) or too big (a change of hearth) and no quibbles or buts. Install team were experts in their field; very proficient and polite, and the stove and unit they’ve built for the telly look fantastic.

I understand this is a family run company and the care really shines through at every step. They should be proud of what they’ve created and the satisfaction they give to customers like me. Thank you! Can’t wait to get it decorated now!! 🙂
