A real hidden gem.
I had a great experience at Avenue cars. The staff were welcoming and genuinely friendly without ever being pushy. I really appreciated how family oriented the atmosphere was it made the whole process feel comfortable and stress free. Cam took the time to answer my questions (even out of hours) and made sure I felt confident with my decision. I wouldn't hesitate to go back and can't recommend them enough for anyone looking to buy from the, knowing how much of a positive experience I've had.

Having only bought cars via the main dealer before, I wouldn’t normally have found Avenue Cars. They had a beautiful car with the exact specification I wanted, and were very accommodating when my personal circumstances suddenly changed. Their level of professionalism made me feel like I was being looked after the same (if not better), and even though I was 2 hours’ drive away, Cam and the team ensured I didn’t have to worry about anything, worked around my schedule and communicated in the way I needed. My trade in value was respectful and the car I bought was competitively priced. On the day of purchase, my insurer had a problem, and Cam was extremely helpful in letting me use his office whilst I resolved it. To me, the level of customer service and respect for my situation made my purchase feel even better, it was a pleasure to do business with them.

A hidden gem? Absolutely yes! Tucked away between Gloucester and Ross, the garage doesn’t look ‘much’ from the road but take the time to pop in and you’ll be very pleasantly surprised. Hugely helpful service from Cam - fast, responsive and nothing too much trouble. Pricing is fair and PX values, likewise. No pressure to buy or hassle. Showroom and offices were a nice place to be and all staff were friendly and relaxed.

From start to finish in the buying process was simply excellent. They’d be my first choice to buy from in the future, should the need arise. Thanks, folks!

My daughter bought a nice clean Skoda from Avenue Cars at the weekend.
Good price, nice clean car, handles beautifully and very responsive.

Where do i even start?! Ive only had my license 2 years and i had absolutely no idea where to start, for finding my 2nd car. So i got into contact with Avenue cars, i only know this business as this is a frequent route i take to see family. From the start they were all so so welcoming & friendly. But one person in particular, Cameron, he has been amazing. He has been so patient with me, has answered all of my 1000’s of questions, he has solved everything i was having trouble with, he has made the process so simple, has made sure i have understood everything during the process, has kept me updated everyday, he had answered all of my messages the same day and most importantly he found me the exact car i was after! I couldn’t be any happier! We’ve had a laugh as-well as trying to find me a car, he has made it such a happy, exciting & fun experience. I will definitely be back in the future.
