The worst property agent in London !!! unfortunately Sultan was looking after our house and she was always caring about the landlord and money didn’t care about our needs whenever we needed something there was silence 🤫 but whenever landlord needed something she was calling us like crazy for example the broken window didn’t get fixed for 6 months and wanted us to pay for it but we rented the house for 4beds and they told us “don’t use the 4th bedroom” because it was not room on the paperwork which was not our problem and when we left the place they found excuses to not pay our deposit back fully and they didn’t:)

We've just started a tenancy with them after a very poor experience with our previous estate agents and we're so relieved to find a world of difference in their customer care. From the start Sal was amazing, very informative, considerate & accommodating in helping us secure the offer and making sure to see everything through till it's finalised.

Since he handed us over to the maintenance team they've quickly managed to resolve all the initial issues we picked up on. Sultan especially has been supporting us every step of the way and ensuring everything is resolved properly and in a timely manner. It's refreshing to see someone who communicates well and keeps us in the loop, who acknowledges our concerns and acts on them without having to be chased a million times. Very happy with the level of professionalism and the down to earth attitude of everyone so far!
