Shannon was an absolute star supporting us with our mortgage & purchase from start to finish and even beyond. She went totally above and beyond to support and reassure us and was easily contactable whenever we needed. She chased people as and when we needed and was happy to discuss anything and everything to do with the purchase in person or over the phone. She guided us through all our insurance options and happily put them in place for us. She explained everything brilliantly, in a way that was really easy to understand and made the whole process much less stressful for us. We wouldn't be where we are now without her. We will recommend Pellucid to all our family and friends in future!

Shannon has been incredible while working with her to get my mortgage sorted. Having not known much when it comes to things like this, Shannon took her time to explain everything step by step and make it a very simple process, always being ready at the phone if I needed anything and fighting my corner to make everything go as smooth as possible! We have used Pellucid for all our mortgages over the past 10 or more years now. Firstly dealing with Jeremy who is very knowledgeable in this department. He's very professional & friendly. He's on the ball with communication, very clear & always on the end of the phone when needed.
We have recently been dealing with Shannon, who is amazing. We have had a particularly complex situation this time round, but Shannon was brilliant. She sorted everything out for us. Often talking to us daily to keep us in the loop etc.
