I put 1 star because it wouldn’t let me continue without it but I wouldn’t be giving them any stars, online says they’re open Saturday 9am-5pm and it’s not so that’s false advertisement and needs to be changed! How annoying.

Job centre chelmsley, despicable but will be going to the councillor to report them and there mis-information. Around nursery 85% paid by government and there pay dates, that was not made clear. Now after finding a job, found a nursery placement, Joc center telling me I won't get funds, until certain dates. My child will loose her nursery placement, I'll loose my job chaos got no nursery placement. I'll be back to square 1, no job, no nursery and back on the system.....AGAIN

Poor service , staff member spoke to me like a piece of rubbish and made me feel like I'm not worth nothing and sanctioned me over me not applying for a job online after I was told to call them up
