Exceptional Service at NatWest Midsomer Norton

I visited the NatWest branch in Midsomer Norton today with my mother-in-law, who had a complicated and sensitive issue that had been causing her significant distress. From the moment we arrived, we were met with outstanding support from a member of staff named Hannah.

Hannah was nothing short of fantastic. She not only resolved the issue but also went above and beyond to ensure my mother-in-law felt comfortable and supported throughout the process. Recognising the sensitivity of the situation, she arranged for us to use a private room and even allowed us to use the branch's phone to help resolve the matter more efficiently.

Her professionalism, compassion, and willingness to go the extra mile were truly impressive. NatWest is incredibly lucky to have such a dedicated and empathetic team member. Thank you, Hannah, for turning what could have been a very stressful experience into a positive one!

I haven’t had a squeeze from the bank so far

I knew most of the employees. All of them were helping. Ross. Hannah. Dess. But the employee named sarrah wanted to release me instead of helping me.

Opening times are poor, not convenient at all and some branches are closed over the weekend. Loan offers are also poor and they don't reward loyalty. Would not recommend.

One person serving. Waiting for 15minutes while they slowly deal with just one person in front.
More staff over lunchtime needed..
