Extremely Poor!!

Terrible communication, expect to spend a lengthy time waiting to speak to anyone on the phone.
Despite telling them that I didn’t want the policy to auto renew, they went ahead and renewed the policy. Taking a months direct debit.

Once I finally got through to cancel the policy I was told I owed another £150. The policy had only run for a few weeks

Asked to speak to a manager but was told they would have to investigate the phone calls. Not heard anything but still hounding me for money that I feel I have been wrongly charged.

Avoid if possible!

Went online got a good deal for my van insurance. Paid the deposit as I was happy with price. They gets a phone call to go through everything only to be told it’s gone up. We need more money off you. Extra £200 just like that. Told that’s wrong that’s not what I paid the deposit for. So after about hour of going back and forward checking everything again. Got it for the price they give me online. Which am happy with £667 for the year. Going forward four more days today. Just had a phone saying they made a mistake it’s going up again. Very frustrating and bad practice if you ask me. If did this to my customer il not be in business. Very poor

Scam. Fraud. Alarm bells.

This company came out the cheapest including the extras on a comparison site. Went through with the purchase and paid a deposit of around £90. I then received text messages and emails saying itvwas urgent for me to contact them IMMEDIATELY to validate the policy. Thankfully, I arranged it the day before I needed new cover. Went through the questions and my private parking space isn't classified as a drive, its not a car park or on the public road so it certainly is the closest option. The person on the ohone changed where I park the van and then said he needed to confirm the details with the insurance company. So they are not an insurance company?. Anyway he came back and told blue the prive had increased by around £400 so I said no, I won't be continuing. Now they've taken money and not provided a service but I've got to wait a week to get my money back. I've told them I'm not loaning them money without charging them interest..... what a joke of a company. So they're not an insurance company, just another broker piggybacking off brokers to scam people out of additional money. Read all the other reviews and avoid these clowns.

I also went back to comparison sites and updated where the vehicle is kept and these clowns came put cheapest again at £350 less that the increase they tried scamming me out of.

I do not recommend this company. They operate on the principle of deceiving the customer. They tried to convince me that I will drive 20,000 miles instead of 10,000 and that is why they have to increase my insurance by £300.00. Do not buy from them!

Nothing but problems, impossible to get through to anyone, at this point I just want to cancel, but I can’t because I cannot get through, avoid at all costs
so a follow up, it would appear all is now well after speaking to Samuel, I have raised my issues and concerns and hopefully some of my points raised will be escalated to the decision makers and improvements can be made a welcomed goodwill gesture was much appreciated!

Insured with these for 2 years, now all of a sudden a tipper is more expensive was paying just under £100 a month now they want just under £200 a month make sure you look at your renewal before the renewal date because they are quick of the mark to renew your policy

Absolutely shocking company, the worst experience I have ever had. They will say all sorts and even get you to try and falsify insurance details. Oh and then the harassing phone calls my partner has recieved approximately 20 calls in order to take the policy out.

They even gave me details of a claim which is protected under GDPR and when questioned with the other insurance company they were appalled that I had this information.

Absolute Mickey Mouse company. At one point even said their colleague doesn’t have the necessary training to give/provide quotes

No doubt they will reply to this and state that it’s our fault. But whatever they say don’t just go by my review look at the others on here.
Surely we’re not all making storeys up

This company is an absolute joke of a company. My husband can no longer drive due to a terminal illness and has little precious time left . We phone to cancel our policy and waited 1 hour 30 mins before we could talk to anyone, by the time we got though we were passed from pillar to post to find the right person to cancel the policy . Then they charged us over £100 to cancel our policy. They took hours away from us and left us both feeling terrible and frustrated for days after . Never again will I use this company or recommend it to anyone.
Absolute shambles the lot of you !!!!
