Failure to reply to insuance companies requests to settle claims within legal time frame .
Always thought this was a good respectable company obviously wrong!!!!
Be prepared for a long long wait and only get a response when meeting them in court

Dodgy people working there, trying to settle a claim (vehicle accident claim) directly by the other person's insurer (Zurich), but they don't reply the email, called there again, then they passed a different email to do that, sent another email and now they don't open the email (tracked email), it's something serious, doing that in a serious country the justice/responsible authority would investigate and apply a high fine, but here in UK nothing happen.... Unbelievable
