AVOID AVOID AVOID… They will Void your policy!!! Potential Customers New & old I beg you to not go with this company or KGM insurance. Corruption is rife. Left cars on my policy that I asked to be removed from my policy only to remain on months after. My traders policy had altered to a one car policy. They have a way of gaslighting and towards your personal e-mail details. They will do anything to wriggle out of the contract. They will take your money and then cancel.No help and never experienced this in 20 years of car insurance. If I could give minus 500 stars I would but the one star I have left is for the knowledge on how to enter your personal e-mail to delete evidence when you complain to the ombudsman. They will say anything to get your money but what they provide is totally different.

Very disappointed with the service received after reading all these positive reviews.
I purchased house insurance from them as it was for a house that was unoccupied. This all went through very well however once the house was sold it all changed. The sale went through on 03/05/24 and this was the day I cancelled the insurance, I received a cancellation document stating there would be a refund of £143.
This was on 03/05/24. I chased it up four times, with promises of call backs that never happened ,before I finally got a refund of £113 on 10/06/24. When I queried this amount, I was told they had originally sent me the the refund document from the insurance company but had stopped their own cancellation fee from it. I was never informed of this. All in all, poor customer service.

Since posting this review I have had a further conversation with Norton Insurance and was given the opportunity to voice my concerns with the issue I had, and, after a full explanation of how the process works, I now feel that I overreacted at the time. I now consider my previous review and rating was rather harsh for what, in effect was a slight shortfall in communication and, therefore have adjusted it.

Having had car and classic car insurance with Heritage for around 16 years I would highly recommend them for their level of service and fair pricing of policies. I have always found their advisors to be extremely helpful and friendly whilst remaining professional at all times. I really can't see any reason for me to insure my cars elsewhere.

I was treated very respectfully and I was offered to renew my Rolls Royce insurance at only £5 more that the previous year. Yes the car hardly ever leaves the garage these days, but insurance is all about risk! So I shall consider renewing in the future if I am offered such modest price increases by Heritage Insurers, and I would highly recommend them to my friends as well.
