Multiple reasons for one star review.

The responses are very slow. They take ages to reply. I guess they are scamming the tenants by not taking the issues of the tenants seriously. Overly priced deposits and rent. Got a better place to stay.

Just remember if you mail them about your concern they will take atleast 3 months to respond. They take multiple deposits as well so be careful and get a second option in hand.

Overall a great experience, staff I spoke to were very friendly and if you were to call them about an issue they would always try to tackle the problem as fast as possible.

The team was very helpful with finding a replacement for my tenancy for a room that i wanted to relet. However, the customer service experience was pretty poor. I wasnt informed of any updates unless i called them. I had to call up for info the day before that my tenancy was supposed to be taken over from me to get the papers signed. I also spoke to the management of this company who was extreamly rude over the phone. Good Services but customer serive was very poor, definately something that needs to be worked on.

I had a great experience with the homes after halls team. Anything that needed looking at or fixing in the house they were quick to get sorted so my stay was always pleasant. I faced some issues with a house mate during my stay but the homes after halls team were always available to help and support me.

I would use homes after halls again, the property was lovely and offered plenty of space and the area was perfect.

If you’re looking for a first property and have any anxieties about it, I would highly recommend Homes after halls. They by far have offered the best support out of all the student letting properties I have used.

After living with multiple student letting agents, A Home After Halls is by far the best. From the day I enquired about viewing a property to today, when I handed my keys in, I’ve had a great experience. Super responsive with maintenance requests, enquiries and more, they’re a small team who are really trustworthy and helpful. I was so glad I picked them as my final year agency, especially after awful experiences with others. The maintenance team are really kind and get things done quickly, and the format in which you put in maintenance requests is easy to use and track. There is not a single flaw I could find with AHAH, and I hope I use them again for residential lettings. 10/10!

For the past 5 months I’ve rented a room in a freshly renovated house with 7 other students on North Road East 41. I fully trusted AHAH as it was recommended by one of our tutors and we signed contract from my home country without ever seeing the finished rooms as they were under construction. The contact with the office was always friendly, qualified and reliable. They provided us with pictures and the final house exceeded all my expectations. Adorably furnished and clean as we moved in and we were so lucky to have such a big kitchen and our shared living room as the heart of this house. Whenever something was wrong someone came by to fix it on the same day or the day after and took care of any problem occurring. I can 100% recommend AHAH and especially this house and location as it was practically on campus. Great experience and worth the rent compared to many other properties in the ocean city in miserable conditions for almost the same price.
