AJ have managed a property of mine for a number of years. Always making sure that we met all the regulations and taking away all the hassle around any work that needed doing to the property. Any work they did was always done quickly and priced competitively. Recently I decided to sell the property, and even though they wouldn't benefit from the sale (actually the opposite as they will no longer manage the property), they have been helpful providing any docs/info that I needed, transferring security deposits and helping with the process.
