Had the misfortune to have this company specified as Managing Agents when we bought our flat. Major gaps in the accounts and a third-party review highlighted inappropriate invoicing. They resigned the day of the AGM rather than respond to the findings. Avoid at all costs.

Rude. Unhelpful. I have tried to deal with this company in order to recover ground rent which is owed to me. I doubt I will receive it without having to involve a solicitor. Quite why anyone would use this company to manage their properties beggers belief!

Extremely poor customer service from receptionist . Lady hung up the phone on me as I was trying to discuss matters relating to a flat which I own and they manage . I would definitely not recommend them to anyone .
