Literally the worst experience I’ve ever had. I have never met such rude people that did not care about the customer.
As soon as the deposit changes hands, expect to be ignored for days, given little guidance when they do respond, and even berated.
At the start they will do everything in their power to get your business but that will soon fade.
When I moved in, I was given zero information of my landlord, utilities, or even when the trash was picked up. It took the landlord reaching out to them to get my number before I was given any useful information. I’m very happy to never deal with them again and go straight with the landlord. In a high stress situation like moving, I would highly suggest against adding more stress to your life by dealing with abbotts.

Absolutely awful experience with Abbotts Mildenhall!
Just purchased our first home via this estate agent and unfortunately don’t have any positives from this experience. They constantly ignore all emails and phone calls, provide incorrect information, provide incorrect prices and are generally unhelpful and unprofessional.
We dealt with Lee and Oscar and had the same experience with both. Do not recommend!
