I’ve been with ABC few years and have always had good experience with them until now. My insurance was due for renewal end July but I missed the renewal date. In fairness I did get email from them and text on the Friday to say my insurance was due for renewal over that weekend I forgot to ring Friday and it went out my head completely with family commitments and personal stuff going on. I rang to renew my insurance the quote was round £700 which they couldn’t offer me because I missed dead line but could insure me for £1600 just over double. I feel this was very unfair as I didn’t receive one phone call from them to remind me or let me no I wasn’t insured. I think they should have had me covered to they got yes or no answer from me. For this reason I would not recommend them but unfortunately I had to go ahead this time and pay my policy. I would recommend they change their policy or look at improving their service. I also took out gap insurance for my car 2021 but if anything had a happened I would not a been covered. An absolute disgrace.

The service was first class from start to finish. Rebecca was helpful, friendly and courteous from the start, and relaxed enough to bear with some bad jokes from me. She was super efficient in finding a suitable quote and talking me through the necessary paperwork and regulations. It's great to have someone who comes across as both competent and welcoming so easily. I will, am delighted to recommend this company

Staff were friendly in this branch (Lurgan). Renewed insurance for two cars in less than 25 minutes. Gail was very helpful. Had one written reminder and two reminder telephone calls. Was pleased as it's easy to forget renewal dates.

Dont go near these pirates. I asked for an insurance quote and they gave me triple the quote from anywhere else. Pretty sure if i was a man on the phone the girl would help out better, considering few of my male friends found it alot easier to get insured with this company. The company had to tell lies on their forms for them to get cheaper insurance. They seem to help out certain people only!
