*** PROPERTY INVESTMENT BLUNDER ***

Don't fall into this property investment strategy. I and few of trustworthy friends formed this company and invested quite a large sum of money in Oct 2018. With a lot of trust we appointed Mr. Satish Surgu as a Director / Project Manager and have given him all powers to execute the project ethically. He ejected all of us from the company and he is now the sole proprietor! Even I was one of the director, without investor consent or my written confirmation he removed me as a director and taken over all my 50% shares. Now, we are repenting as some of our investors haven't received our investment back even in 2021, despite the fact that the project being completed in 2020! He has opened a new company and moved investors money from Abodes to the new company without settling the original investors and showing the losses without audit. When asked to give our money back, he is not responding either to our mails or phone calls and threatening us to settle in the court. This has caused a lot of stress and anxiety and also disturbed our family lives. As a last resort, we will be approaching the court.

Its a waste of time and you will not get the profits as promised, you are lucky if you get your invested money back in given time. Please DONOT INVEST!!!

All false promises since the beginning of the project. we are a group of 11 investors who invested in this and few of us after 3 years are still struggling to get back their investment amount. No one received any profit.
You will have no control on your money after investing in this project. Keep away from this if you want a happy life.
