During our 4 year tenancy Acara Management have been a super quick slack message or call away, whenever we had an issue. Fortunately we didn’t have many problems at all and that’s due to how well kept the property has been from their team. Most of the time assistance came within 24-48 hours and for the more urgent issues they were extremely alert. For all the staff who’ve looked after the property’s account the last 4 years I have to commend their professionalism and friendliness to all of us tenants. Amazing managing agents, especially Kwame. Our block has had many managing agents over the 25 years I have owned my flat, and I can honestly say that Acara are the absolute best. Since Acara has taken over management, our building has improved immensely. The communal areas are always clean and well-maintained, the gardens are beautifully kept, and any issues are responded to instantly. They take care of each owner individually and go out of their way to provide excellent management all around. Kwame, in particular, has been an absolute star. Not only is he extremely knowledgeable, but he also gets things done quickly and efficiently, all while maintaining a warm and friendly manner.

I am currently in the process of selling my flat, which has been extremely stressful. Kwame’s calm demeanor and the speed at which he has responded to ongoing queries have been nothing short of brilliant. I can’t thank him enough. If you are unsure about which management company to use, I truly believe that Acara is the best choice.
