Canceled my policy with them. Was not interested. In keeping. My business. Charge £75 to cancel policy Did not even ask. How much cheaper insurance was else where

I had a Policy for 11.5 months with acorn.
With 3 weeks to the end they cancelled on me for going 66 in a 50 which was legal, the graph shows me slowing down to the speed limit.
They then proceeded to tell me I can't get my no claims bonus! I was in France! I needed to drive back but when asked if they will leave a (then) child stranded in France they said yes.
*They then charged me a device fee and now spamming me to return it!
If I paid for it why is it yours?!*

Over all stay away, I got charged £300 on this cancellation and lost my NCB over insurance company frauding it's customers.

Absolutely rip off insurance. I’ve been with them four years the price was increased to more 100% with no change in my circumstances. They gave me heven insurance and slowly they were taking to me in hell with prices increase with no reason. Small percentage it’s acceptable but over hundred percentage ridiculous not recommended at all absolutely thieves.

Absolutely ridiculous service make you wait hours for them to anwser a call. The service these guys provide is rubbish. They overcharge and just ignore phone calls. Save your time and do not bother using such a company

Absolute joke of a company. My insurance was cancelled due to excess speed on a telematics policy because I didn’t notice the road go from a 40 to a 30. Joke. The service when you call is even worse. You can expect to be on the phone for an 1 hour+ over 1 little query. Absolute joke of a company. AVOID AVOID AVOID

It is too big headache if you get involved with an accident and has to open a claim
They are so reluctant to respond or take any action hardly they pick phone and if fortunately they pick phone and after 2 minutes they dusconnect it and you have to strat procedure again from zero
