Phina at A-counting Genie Ltd has just saved me a lot of money.

I asked for help doing my self assessment and some guidance so I knew I was doing things right. During this time we looked in to my NI as I had gaps showing and the amounts that were suggested I needed to pay were over £5500.

Phina was able to look into my self assessment account and made sure that my details were correct. She noticed the error, was able to correct the error which sent the information off to be reviewed.

Last week I received the updated paper work I had been waiting for and now my NI is just under £900.

Phew is all I can say.. without Phina’s help I would have never figured it out and would have paid out the £5500.. now I can relax and know the gaps in my NI have gone.
