I worked for this company for 2 years. They list “middle eastern sounding names” as a key indicator of fraud in motor accidents. They also put a timer on employees toilet breaks, employees are only allowed 20 minutes per week.

Poor service, its been over 8 months they still havent settled my payment. Sending emails after emails calling every week no one wants to take on a responsibility. Management never answers phone or they apparently always in a meeting. Accounts team never answers phone completely useless and cannot be trusted. Making me go through soo much stress as the garage is chasing me up for payment as they were meant to make the payment 6 months ago. Do not trust this company
