I had never house shared before and the experience in Leeds was awesome. Made some friends for life I think. Martin from adhoc was amazing. We were made to feel like we had some responsibility and ownership of the property and in turn felt quite protective of it, he made us feel like his colleagues in a way rather than just tenants in the property.
We were allowed to make the property feel like our home and he was quite hands off trusting us to look after it.

House switch Pudsey to Castleford

Viewed a recently vacated (1 preceding day!) impressive Vicarage with stunning gardens Friday AM and I was moving in 72 hours later. Process fast tracked as I was previously residing in an Ad Hoc managed property... and newly empty properties risk attracting unwelcome interest. Credit to Craig and colleagues at the Leeds office for managing my property transfer so smoothly and professionally.

I have lived in a number of Ad Hoc properties over the years, some of which included vicarages and museums. I highly recommend on the basis that the buildings are interesting to say the least, the rent is well priced, and in comparison to your bog standard rental house shares, you get significantly more space and privacy for your money. A genuine option for those who are saving for the future. As a company I have found them to be cooperative, reasonable, respond well to emergencies, and accommodating in the event that you may need to relocate for whatever reason.
