Absolutely awful and incompetent. My mum had to move into a care home in Nov 23 until damage from a leak was sorted! They did absolutely nothing to deal with the issue and communication was appalling. They were so awful at managing the block that a new Management Co was appointed and they've done more in a couple of months than Orchard in a year!

I have never dealt with such disgusting, lying, useless people in my life !!!! They treat you like a dog & expect you to pay for it. They let me into their office once. It was a tip !!!! God knows what their own homes are like !!!! Get rid please !!!
