Very prestigious feel to the place and seems to be well kept. I had a couple of issues which Koran resolved instantly and was very good with communication during my stay.

Very easy check in and check out process.
Koran also makes the effort to keep the place in good condition as I saw him cleaning and doing some maintenance on two separate occasions. All in all, a very nice place to stay

We are currently using Address Apartments to accommodate 2 of our workers. They have expressed how lovely it is here and modern and clean the building is. Koran the land lord has been very helpful throughout our men's stay and is always there when needed. He sends curtsy emails to make sure the men re happy and comfortable. I would highly recommend.

I would 100% recommend anyone thinking of staying at Address Apartments to book it. I stayed for a duration of 5 weeks, and my apartment was impeccable. Right from the start of the booking, the host Koran, was always very quick to respond to any questions I had, and was very kind and welcoming.

The apartment had everything you could think of and more, extremely modernised and contemporary design throughout. The whole building has lovely aesthetics too including the corridor and stairs. Parking facilities were great, so no worries regarding parking. The welcome guide he has created is great as it includes tips and recommendations for the apartment and surrounding area.

I wish I was in the area longer so I could have extended my stay! I’d like to thank Koran again for this wonderful help and hosting skills. It is clear the apartments are very well looked after and I would definitely recommend anyone to book this place quickly!

I have lived at Address Apartments now for the last 5 months. Very new, very modern and very comfortable. The owner, Koran, is probably the most helpful, and friendly guy you could ever meet. Nothing is too much trouble and he has made our stay seamless. I would highly recommend these apartments to anyone looking for a holiday or long term arrangement.

I had a great stay at a rental apartment in Kent. The apartment was clean, modern, and well-furnished with everything I needed for a comfortable visit. The location was excellent, close to local shops, public transport, and within easy reach of Kent’s main attractions. The host was responsive and helpful, making check-in and communication smooth. The neighborhood was quiet and safe, perfect for relaxing after a day of work. Overall, it was a fantastic stay, and I would definitely recommend this apartment for anyone visiting Kent!

The apartments are built to a high standard and on arrival the standard is a real wow moment the fixtures and fittings are exceptional .very clean and the secure parking behind electric gates make you feel safe .the coded entrance is also a great asset .i stayed there for seven weeks and it felt like home and i will defo be booking again .5 stars

This place ticks all the boxes. I needed a place to call home for a week where I could work, relax, and make my own food while visiting a friend nearby. I had so much fun during my stay at Address Apartments in Gillingham. Koran was so incredibly helpful from start to finish. I got help before my stay, during my stay, and even after. It was an absolute pleasure. One of the best features of the apartment is the keyless entry and tight security. There’s a code to access the gate, which gets you into the parking lot, then you need a code to get into the building, and then you need a code to get to your apartment. I felt so safe, especially as a single female traveller. And it was so easy and so much more stress-free than having to keep track of a physical key. The apartment was so clean and perfect and I had just about everything I needed. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for somewhere to stay in Gillingham!
