Usually customer support comes across as cold and disrespectful to individual life circumstances, but at Addressed I had the pleasure of communicating with Nicola, who while I was in a very difficult and damaging financial position, not only helped resolve my problem for myself and her company, but moreso completed her job with compassion, consideration, understanding and respect for individual circumstances that everyone is struggling with in the moment, carrying out her job both effectively and humanely. Thank you Nicola, you have been the best and most effective customer support that I have received to date.

Matthew was very helpful in getting my new flat tenanted. As I was due to complete towards end of November, I was very apprehensive about getting a tenant before the year end. Due to circumstances beyond anyone's control, and certainly no fault of Addressed, we were not able to pursue working with them. However, I can say, in the weeks during which we were in contact with each other, I was hugely impressed with the professionalism with which they tried to make our situation work. I have to say a big thank you to Tom, in particular, who is efficient, personable and has a solid understanding of the market. His colleagues in the office, notably Nicola, Poppy and Owen, were all courteous, and one gets the sense that they act with a great deal of integrity - which sadly, seems to be lacking in so many other Managing companies. Very happy with these guys so far - Tom has been great, loads of open communication, friendly chat, and contacting through convenient means (texts) while talking on the phone has been tricky.

The service is really good - everything after the initial few conversations was handled on a webpage so it made it really easy to do my referencing, pay my holding deposit, figure out my utilities, etc. It takes a lot of stress out of moving house!

Very quick, very easy, very painless - would absolutely recommend.
