Just bought a classic Mini and looked on line for Insurance. My Grandaughter reccomended Adrian Flux and spoke very highly of them. I have got to say that She was not wrong. They know their classic cars and take an interest in the owners. The quote beat the others by a mile and I did not hesitate to insure my car with them. It is a pleasure to insure with them and they answered any questions I had explained everything about the policy. I n short, Result.

Very happy with this company. Arranged my son's learner insurance with them. Called to speak to them as suggested. They offer a call back service at a time that suits you too. Very helpful and informative. Good price also. I really felt that my questions were considered and that the customer service man( sorry name forgotten) listened to my needs and made sure that I was offered the right cover for my needs without hard selling or pushing any options.
I will consider using them for my cover when renewal due.

We have house and motor insurance with A Flux and although we have overall had a good service, a recent mix up with our motor insurance (camper van) has not been customer friendly and we are currently trying to resolve. An hour long phone call today where at times I did not feel we were heard- it was all very confusing and I found it very hard. Very often the customer has the whole story and those we speak too have to rely on others leaving a trail that is accurate and up to date. I am still hoping to resolve this matter but fear we will come off financially worse through no fault of our own.

Excellent, friendly, professional service. Responded quickly to online request for quotes on a quote website. In person, rather than an e-mail asking me to call them (as did several companies). Customer service rep was friendly, helpful and outlined clearly what options were available - listened to me and was very personable. Great ambassador for the company! Quote was competitive and I was also impressed by their online reviews folowing claims. There were a couple of companies who were 'quoting' cheaper but the feedback online about their customer service seemed appalling. Went with Adrian Flux and the follow up, including providing documentary eveidence etc. was simple and clear with easy access to completed documentation on app. All in all was very glad I sought quotes and cancelled with my last provider and moved my business to Adrian Flux. Follow up by the company was also good - keeping me updated with progress etc.

My request was answered promptly and the advisors I spoke to were knowledgeable and made sure that my needs were met - I am a senior driver on a Spanish driving license, but a British Citizen - I do not fit the traditional requirements for motor insurance!

Had been in touch with this company to get a quote. Once I got a quote I told them I won't be taking them up on it. Every day for the past three days they keep calling me about my quote, and each time I've clearly told them I've taken up insurance with someone else and therefore not to contact me. I even went as far as telling them to remove my details from their system and/or put a note to say to stop calling me. I also sent an email to tell them to stop bombarding me as I am not interested. Yet again I got a call from them today about my quote despite one of their callers yesterday telling me she'll ensure I won't get any more calls....clearly she didn't. Gave the caller an earful today and rightly so. I'm pretty sure I'll probably get another call on Monday. Will never consider Adrian Flux for an insurance quote again. Cant do the basic correctly and a complete nuisance.
