Insured my camper van for 6 years, always incredibly helpful and very reasonable when it came to time for renewals. When needed to cancel as sold van on, insurer wasn’t going to refund pro-rata but Tara from Advance Insurance was incredibly helpful and rang the insurer and got me a refund on the policy time not used. Would definitely use again, and definitely recommend to friends/family. Thanks so much!

Worst broker I have EVER dealt with. Kept making administrative mistakes with documents. (We were pulled over by police because they issued insurance under wrong registration number). Never respond to emails. Take TWO WEEKS to issue new policy documents. Average hold time on phone 20 - 30 min). Lackluster staff who rather make excuses than getting the job done. BEYOND incompetent.

Transfered car into my wifes name two weeks before end of years insurance. Was told no refund for final two weeks insurance. I did not expect any money back. What made me very disappointed was being told I have to pay £23 admin fee.
I have been with Advance for several years and insured Motorhome, vans, pick up and cars. I am very disappointed that years of loyal custom has come to an end due to a sales person wanting to make quick commission. I have never been treated by any other Advance rep in this manner.
To all the reps I have previously dealt with over the past years, thank you for your professional friendly service.
