This company is an absolute shambles. I instructed this company to self terminate a HP agreement under section 99 of the Consumer Credit Act 1974 back in January 2024. 6 emails later, multiple unanswered phone calls. The car is STILL on my drive. Instead of the car getting picked up. I have today recieved a court notice that they are trying to claim for the full agreement value. Not only does this break the Consumer Credit Act, it's dirty underhanded tactics to avoid the self termination. AVOID AT ALL COSTS !

Had a car that was faulty and she has gone above and beyond my expectations to help me in this situation and very difficult times for myself.

I suffer from anxiety and depression and she has handled this situation very professionally and has been so supportive, reassuring and just so kind to help whenever possible.

Honestly was lost at some points as never been in this situation before and she made me feel at ease and helped resolve it very fast. Herself and carloan 365 have been working together to deal with the situation and honestly would highly recommend.

I would not recommend this company, I had a loan with them for 5 years. High interest never missed a payment never had a late payment. I went to get new car, refused finance by company who obviously don't rate good payers and loyal customer

Shocking company for customer service!! Worst I have encountered ever. They're system is "1st in the que" for around 15 min then they will end the call. They don't do the call back if requested.
Also if you have a problem with the car they finance for you they're not interested at all. Unfortunately for advantage seeing as I cant speak to them about any issues as they don't answer calls I will have to instruct a solicitor to contact them regarding the car they financed from their "reputable" list of dealers, due to the list of faults I found upon inspection. For example, holes drilled in the floor by the "reputable" seller in which they thought would solve the problem of a water ingress leak leaving the floor in inches of water. Thus weakening seat mounts, seat belt mounts, the rigidity of the car. With my knowledge and evidence of all this documented I will be pushing to get out of this "agreement" with this shockingly poor customer service company.

These non human beings f my life. I had a car on finance. But i found a new one. They said that im fully approved only if i sold my current vehicle and settled the finance to get the car i want. Thats understandable. So the same day i went and sold my car to webuyanycar paid the difference. Received the settlement paper passed it over to them. Again they said its all good. Zuto the broker said tomorrow we will send you the documents to sign and you can go and get the car. Perfect. Next day they turned around and said that they think that i will be doing minicab with the car and declined me. I paid £100 deposit for the new car. Sold my car for less only because they said i was fully approved. And now i dont have a car. And these non human beings declined me. What a full of rubbish. I will try my best to take them to court. I called today as unfortunately I was behind with my payments but Ellie was fantastic and really supportive. I have been going through a rough time with a family member having health problems. Ellie listened to everything I had to say and was very patient with me. She helped me come up with an affordable payment plan.
I came off the phone feeling relieved that with Ellie’s help I was able to get back on track with my payments.
