I have been a client of AJBell for around 15 years. I have recommended them to family & many friends. Overall, the service provided is excellent - efficient and charges are very fair & competitive. Locating/accessing some obligatory forms can sometimes be a challenge, but AJBell are constantly reviewing/revising/updating & improving their service offering, which is welcome & reassuring.
Contacting them by telephone is not a cumbersome challenge, which it can be elsewhere and staff are always professional, polite & helpful.

Appalling company.Dont deal with them. Doing the basics they plod along OK.
Following my decision to put my pension into an annuity a late interest payment has not been paid to me,despite over 2 months chasing by me and my financial advisor and loads of excuses like systems problems .Ten days ago I was promised a form to complete which was supposed to arrive in 2 or 3 days
Still waiting. No contact, no explanation
They seem to forget the years I paid their fees .

Not been the best experience with this company. They're currently asking me for a £22.50 admin fee for an account that they say was closed on 5th March last year. It has no money in it and I have no use for it anymore.
I previously paid them about £15 out of my own account for the same request. A week ago I asked them to clarify why they've sent me a bill for an admin fee that I shouldn't be receiving. They still haven't replied. It hasn't been the best service.

Website is really difficult to navigate and none of the links work. Tried to enter a mobile number but it keeps telling me the email format is wrong. Have linked a bank account to pay into my daughters ISA but it will only allow me to pay by debit card. The link to allow grandparents to pay in doesn't work and customer services are useless. Will be switching to another provider
